This hotel is perfect for families! The play area and swimming pools are great amenities for kids, and the traditionally Mexican decor is a nice touch. The location is also unbeatable - just a block from the central plaza. Customer service is top-notch too; they fixed my reservation error with no hassle.
No improvement needed, everything was great!

This little hotel was a wonderful place to spend a weekend with friends. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. One great feature was the pool area - it was the perfect spot to relax in the sun with a drink. Another plus was the location - just a short walk from the center of town and all its great restaurants and shops.
The breakfast - while it was included in the room rate, it was pretty mediocre. The coffee was weak, the bread was stale, and the fruit was not very fresh.

The hotel's decoration has a decent touch of authenticity. the location is convenient, with easy access to the central plaza. the staff's service is satisfactory, and the continental breakfast is decent.
The water for showering takes about 20 minutes to get warm, and there is no guarantee of using the JACUZZI. the pool's water is always cold, which can be a disappointment to guests.

Gorgeous little hotelito right near the square
I had a delightful stay at a charming hotelito right near the square. My room had a beautiful view of the Hotel San Juan and the surrounding hills and trees. The king bed was huge and cozy, with lovely warm quilts for the chilly mornings. The bathroom was spacious and well-equipped with luxurious toiletries. Despite being only a short walk from the bustling square, the hotelito was tucked away on a quiet street. The pool area was stunning, offering breathtaking views while enjoying a drink at the granite bar. I will forever cherish the image of the Volcan de Colima puffing beside the old cathedral steeple. The staff were amazing, taking care of all our needs and providing a continental breakfast each morning. Although the pool and hot tub were not warm enough to use during the winter season, it would have been the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. I highly recommend this hotelito for its romantic ambiance and convenient location.
